Automotive Vehicle Inspections

A Used Vehicle Inspection may be required on vehicles out of factory warranty or within one (1) month or one thousand (1,000) miles of the termination of your factory warranty.

We have friendly ASE Certified inspectors that will come to your home or make arrangements to meet you to inspect your vehicle.

The non-refundable pre-policy inspection fee is $85.00 for most inspections, which must be paid in full by credit card or check before an inspection is requested. In cases where the inspection must be performed more than 85 miles from the inspection service address, an additional $1.00 per mile will be added.

Please contact MBA's Policy Processing Department at (800) 347-0303 Ext. 6 for an inspection fee quote and to begin the actual inspection process. An inspector will contact you to arrange a time and place for inspection, which may be at your home, place of business or other convenient location. The inspection process will take approximately 30 minutes to complete. The Policy Processing Department will inform you as to the results of the inspection. Any failed items must be repaired within 15 days of notification (paid repair orders are required) or coverage will be denied.

You will be notified if an inspection is required when you get your warranty quote.
